End System Multicast: Terms of Service
The ESM Group at Carnegie Mellon University is providing you with software to view and broadcast audio and video materials over the Internet, communicate with other viewers, and advertise and promote broadcasts to other viewers using our registry service. Collectively, this is the "ESM Service".
You agree to not use the ESM Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
You understand that you are solely responsible for the content you broadcast. You agree to indemnify the ESM Group in any legal matters concerning your broadcasts or your communications with other ESM users.
You understand that we may remove your broadcast listings or cancel your ESM account at any time from our site for any reason without notice to you.
